These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WalkBurn, an Android app published by Vrionix Labs. By downloading, installing, or using WalkBurn, you agree to these Terms.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any app published by Vrionix Labs, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
02 Description of Service
WalkBurn is a step-tracking and calorie-coaching Android app designed to help you estimate calories burned, track your treadmill walking progress, and stay motivated. WalkBurn is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.
03 Use of the App
You agree to use WalkBurn only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where permitted by law.
- Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its underlying systems.
04 Intellectual Property
WalkBurn, including its name, logo, design, and all content created by Vrionix Labs, is the property of Vrionix Labs or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
05 User Conduct
You are responsible for how you use WalkBurn. Since WalkBurn stores all data locally on your device (see our Privacy Policy), you are also responsible for keeping your device secure and your data backed up where needed. Locally stored data cannot be recovered by us if lost.
06 Third-Party Services
WalkBurn may, now or in the future, include third-party services such as Google AdMob or Google Play Services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and Vrionix Labs is not responsible for the practices of third parties.
07 Disclaimer of Warranties
WalkBurn is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that WalkBurn will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that calorie, step, or fitness estimates will be perfectly accurate. WalkBurn is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vrionix Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, WalkBurn, including loss of data stored locally on your device.
09 Termination
You may stop using WalkBurn at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Vrionix Labs reserves the right to discontinue or modify WalkBurn, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
10 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements, or changes to WalkBurn. Continued use of WalkBurn after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of WalkBurn shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any consumer right that cannot be waived or restricted under the applicable laws of your country or region of residence. Where such non-waivable rights apply, this section shall be read subject to them, and shall not be interpreted to reduce the protections you are otherwise entitled to.
